Bibliography

The foremost authority on the history of St Wystan's Church was Dr. H.M. Taylor CBE TD, the first Vice-Chancellor of Keele University, who together with Professor Martin Biddle and his wife, Birthe Kjølbye-Biddle conducted extensive archaeological exploration at Repton during the 1970s and 1980s.  The historical material on this site draws heavily on Dr. Taylor's work.
